    The system automatically compares requests and portfolios; matching records appear on the Matches screen. Use the contact page, presentations, board and preview links to complete the process.

The platform is designed for independent Real Estate Consultants, office owners, Property Owners and Contractors. It is active across Türkiye; the priority focus is the entire Antalya province (all districts).
Is the platform paid?+
Registration and standard publishing on EMLAK ASİSTAN are completely free. Optional add-on packages that highlight a Listing (priority sorting, coloured background, Sahibinden.com integration) are paid.
How long until I'm active after registering?+
After uploading documents and phone, your profile is approved within a few hours and all modules unlock. If refused, you can re-upload from the same page following the refusal message.
Are my data and client information safe?+
All data is stored securely; client phone numbers are not shared with third parties. Documents are only visible to the authorised admin team.
Which languages are supported?+
The platform fully supports Turkish, English, German and Russian; your Listings can be published in all four languages, capturing both domestic and foreign-investor audiences at once.
Mobile app or web?+
The platform is fully web-based and runs smoothly through the browser on desktop, tablet and mobile. You don't need a separate app.
