Where Do You Use This Feature?
The Board page is at /admin/sale-finder/boardshares. From here you list all shared posts, apply to those you're interested in, and manage applicants on your own posts.
Board List
The Board page lists shared records. Each row shows the sender's name and phone, a message summary, status and post date. Narrow the list with a date-range filter or quick search (name, phone, message text).
Record Detail
Clicking a record opens its detail view. You see all the post info; if it's open for applications you can use the Apply button.
Applying
If you are interested in a post, click Apply and enter your name and phone. Your application appears in the post owner's applicants list; the owner is expected to call you or get in touch.

Applicants on Your Own Posts
If you also posted on the Board, incoming applications appear in your record detail. Each applicant's name and phone are shown; you can call directly or message via WhatsApp.
Status Management
Authorised users can open or close a post. Closed posts no longer accept applications; close the post when the need is fulfilled or cancelled.
