Creating Requests

A request is a record that defines a client's search criteria (location, property type, Sale/Rent, budget, features). On EMLAK ASİSTAN, requests are mostly captured automatically from social media and digital sharing platforms; each request is linked to the sender's phone number. This guide explains how a request is created and how you see yours.

Where Do You Use This Feature?

After signing in with your phone number, your own requests are at /admin/sale-finder/my-requests. Authorised admin users see all requests at /admin/sale-finder/requests.

All requests (authorised users): /admin/sale-finder/requests

How a Request Enters the System

Requests are auto-created from messages posted to monitored social media and digital sharing platforms.

Information Stored on a Request

Every request contains: property type, Sale or Rent, city/district/neighbourhood, budget range (min-max) and currency, feature list (room count, heating, view, furnished/unfurnished etc.), sender info and originating sharing source.

On /admin/sale-finder/my-requests only requests linked to you are listed. From here you can filter (Sale/Rent, city/district/neighbourhood, property type, price range, features, source, date), open a request detail and view matched portfolios.

The message is processed automatically and saved as a request, linked to the sender's phone number.

Open My Requests
Go to /admin/sale-finder/my-requests to view and filter requests linked to you.
