Where Do You Use This Feature?
The new-Listing page is at /admin/add-anno. To manage published Listings use /admin/announcements; to edit an existing Listing use /admin/editAnnouncements/{id}.

Property Type Selection
The first step on the Listing creation page is choosing a property type. The platform offers: Residence, Land, Building, Workplace, Tourism Facility and Timeshare. Subsequent fields adapt to the chosen type (for example, room count is only asked for residences).

Sale / Rent Selection
After the property type, you choose whether the Listing is For Sale or For Rent. This selection is a defining filter in matching: Sale portfolios are matched only with Sale requests and Rent portfolios only with Rent requests.
Location
Province, district and neighbourhood determine the location. Location both ensures clients see the right region in search results and is one of the core matching criteria. Neighbourhood should be entered as accurately as possible.

Property Details
Depending on the chosen property type, area (gross/net m²), room count, floor, building age, heating, view, interior/exterior features and more are entered. The more complete the details, the more accurate the matching.
Photos and Video
Multiple photos and an optional video can be added to the Listing. The first photo is highlighted as the cover image in lists. High-quality, well-lit photos increase visibility and conversion.
Price and Description
Price is mandatory; currency is selectable. The description section is used to highlight the property's key points. Filling the description in four languages helps foreign investors reach your Listing in their own language.
Optional Add-on Packages
Before publishing, optional add-on packages can be selected: Sahibinden.com integration, priority position in listing pages, coloured background highlight. None are mandatory; standard publication is fully free.

Publishing and Editing
After entering all information you preview and publish the Listing. Price, photos and description can be updated any time after publication; the status can be toggled between active and passive.
