Creating a Presentation

Where Do You Use This Feature?

The Presentations page is at /admin/presentations. The PDF view of a prepared presentation is at /admin/pdf/{id}.

Presentations Page

The Presentations page lists your Portfolio/Listing records. Each row shows a sharing status (not yet shared, or the existing link plus its view count).

Create and Share

To turn a Listing into a presentation, click the Share button next to it. The system pulls the Listing's core information (photos, price, description, location, features) into the presentation. If not previously shared, a new presentation is created; if shared, the existing one is updated.

Customisation: Hidden Sections, Language and Theme

Not every section may be needed. You can hide specific sections (e.g. exact address, price history). The presentation language can be set to Turkish, English, German or Russian; toggle between light and dark theme.

Share Link

Once prepared, the presentation produces its own share link. The link can be sent directly via WhatsApp, email or social media. The client doesn't need an account; the link opens directly.

View Tracking

Each time the client opens the presentation the view counter increases. You can see whether the presentation is being looked at and plan your conversation accordingly.

Download as PDF

Beyond the share link, you can also save the presentation as a PDF. Useful for users who want to present in print.
